We also incorporate marketing through design and print of catalogues (including digital) as well as inflight EPOS, cash handling, crew handling, crew commission, electronic seal trolley devices and last but not least, the essential crew training to ensure great ROI for all of our partners.
The days when passengers had a limited selection of food and beverages available on board are over. Passengers can now turn to the Internet to pre-order their food and beverages from the comfort of their home or office before flying.

Buy on Board
Our team also have over 50 years’ experience in the Buy on Board food and beverage business, including the sourcing of ambient (snacks, etc) and fresh (sandwiches, etc) product, menu design, full logistics for getting the food on board, as well as stock control, all aligned to the required health and safety requirements.
TIRS currently have two strategic management hubs to oversee our operations teams. One is situated in South Africa and is responsible for servicing all of our current concessions across Africa, with our other management hub situated in the United Kingdom.
We have developed our own proprietary EPOS device software, which operates off tablet based hardware, along with an integrated Verifone credit card chip and pin device to facilitate credit card tap payments. We have our own team of onsite developers who are able to configure the software to meet our client’s needs.
As the first point of contact with the passenger, it’s imperative that the crew are equipped with the knowledge and skills to offer a seamless duty free and inflight retail service.
